Registration Fees and Terms

Refunds and Transfers

Transfers: transfers from one camp, or session, to another will be processed fro a $15 fee per transfer if requested at least 3 working days before the session begins. After that, transfer requests will not be granted. Any additional camp fees that apply must also be paid at the time the request is made.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed, less a $35 cancellation fee per session, from the date the registration is received to two weeks prior to the session’s starting date. If a refund is requested two weeks to 3 working days before the session’s starting date (usually a Wednesday), the fee is $50 per session. After that, there are no refunds.

Online Registration

Belvedere-Tiburon Recreation has partnered with the Active Network, Inc. to provide program registration. To get started, one adult member of the family must request a free online account using a valid email address. Go online today and follow the easy steps that will allow you to keep track of your classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home or office.

Important Information Regarding Online Registration

1. For online registration, you must have a valid email address.
2. For online registration, you must have a valid credit card. All online registrations are subject to a convenience fee that will appear with the activity fee on your credit card statement as a payment made to Active.com.
3. The ActiveNet registration site is secured by VeriSign.
4. Registrations are subject to a processing fee that will appear on the statement as a payment made to Active.com.

These fees are collected by ActiveNet to offset the costs of providing the service, and are not collected nor received by Belvedere-Tiburon Recreation. If you wish to avoid paying the convenience fee, you may still register by phone or at our office.
