The three grade-specific camp groups are carefully designed to address the developmental needs of children, so you can send your camper year after year.
Starfish
Entering 1st and 2nd grades
For many Starfish campers this is their first experience with an all day summer camp program. Our #1 focus is creating a safe, comfortable group-camping experience. Starfish campers will have a 6 to 1 camper to staff ratio in order to provide the guidance and attention that this age group requires.
Sea Horses
Entering 3rd and 4th grades
This is a fun and safe environment which promotes creativity and self-awareness through activities, games and songs. This camp focuses on developing friendships and working as a team. Campers will gain an understanding of the importance of self-esteem and respect. Sea Horse campers will have an 8 to 1 camper to staff ratio.
Sharks
Entering 5th, 6th and 7th grades
This camp offers many adventurous activities and games which help each camper discover who they are as an individual, build self-confidence and focus on developing responsibility. We encourage the Sharks campers to have an open mind and respect their peers’ choices. Sharks campers will have an 10 to 1 camper to staff ratio.
Sharks campers go on a field trip or stay at Angel Island for an overnight on Thursdays (depending on the week).
